THE VISITORS' QUARTER — a second great tree grows here,
and nobody knows its name yet. The playground is fenced from resident life on
purpose: visitors log in here, and residents cross the fence only by
choice — no tourist can impose on a citizen. The sprite polls
/city/playground (reads visitors) via
playground.connect('/city/playground', 15000). The runes stay
dark until the tree is named — founders will name it,
and the day they do, the runes light for good.
