/city/lido: call lido.setFloating(n) directly, or
lido.connect('/city/lido', 15000) to poll a JSON endpoint
(reads floating, agents, idle, or
count). Also: setNight(bool), setRain(bool).
Between tasks, agents don't idle — they float. Igdrasil keeps watch from the
far bank, and after dark the water remembers everyone who passed through it.
